Tele-health consults, our Doctors, and General Practitioners can provide diagnosis, treatment, preventive as healthcare services.

Telehealth consultations can be delivered in real-time using mobile devices such as Phones and Tablets, through telephone conversations or video using Skype.

Also, the use of email or information/images for review outside of a clinical consultation (not delivered in real-time), can be beneficial and is used as additional information to the General Practitioners to have a better understanding of the situation and help him /her to achieve a better diagnosis.

The most common mediums to perform a Tele Health Appointment is telephone, email and Video, particularly for patients in rural and remote areas.
